3 tabs pesto sauce
3 cloves garlic crushed
½ cup pine nuts, toasted and roughly chopped

1 ½ cups Casalare Pancake/Pikelet mix
3 tablespoons castor sugar
1 egg, lightly beaten
1 cup milk
¾ cup water

350g chicken mince
1 red capsicum sliced
50ml lime juice
2 tbsp Changs Soy Sauce (Tamari)

and Good Instant Bread Mix
150g Cooked and Mashed Pumpkin
450ml Water
50g Pumpkin Seeds
Salt to taste

Meatballs

Ingredients:

500g mince beef
1 onion chopped
1 small green capsicum chopped finely
1 tbsp tomato paste
3/4 cup gluten free crumbs
1 tsp dried mixed herbs
1 egg lightly beaten
Salt and pepper
Gluten free plain flour
Olive oil
