Christmas. We don’t like thinking about it much ourselves, but the reality is, it is only six weeks away! So, we have found some great gluten free treats to make Christmas enjoyable for all the coeliacs and gluten intolerant amongst us.

This year we have a traditional plum pudding and a choc orange pudding with cointreau.

Mince Pies
Knead Bakers have produced a lovely tasting mince pie that contains dried fruit and figs. The mince pies are made to order, so there may be a few days delay in sending out orders containing the mince pies. They also have a shelf life of 2 weeks, so if you are saving them for Christmas, we recommend freezing them as soon as you get them.

Kakadu Plum & Sweet Chilli Sauce - Outback Spirit
Kakadu plums are found in the top end from Kakadu to the Kimberly. They are delightfully tangy and highly valued by Aboriginal people as a refreshing ‘pick me up’. Use with chicken, pork, lamb and seafoods. Add to pan juices when cooking. Great through Asian noodles and is a wonderful dipping sauce.
